We encourage you to check and read carefully about your purchase before placing an order. Processing returns for a sustainable business like ours becomes difficult.

Cancellation Policy
To request the cancellation of an order, kindly contact us at info@shivfashionhub.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that cancellations can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched.
NOTE:- Please note that customised orders are not eligible for CANCELLATION.
Guidelines for Return & Exchange
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: When a product is shipped from our warehouse, it goes under multiple layers of quality check and we record the process for our reference as well. However, if there is still an issue with the product, we will resolve it for you.
If it's a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item sent, the case is to be informed within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.
NOTE:- Please note that customised orders are not eligible for EXCHANGE.
EXCHANGES
We provide free exchanges for the following scenarios: if you receive incorrect styles, wrong sizes (different from what you ordered) or damaged products.
Once we receive the exchanged product, we will conduct a quality check. If the returned product does not meet our quality standards, it will be returned to you. We will promptly send you a confirmation email upon receiving the shipment at our warehouse and completing the quality check.
Please note that for returns and exchanges, the product must be unused, properly packaged, and have all original tags intact.

Kindly share the Order ID on the email to avoid confusion.
At Shiv fashion hub, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. To qualify for an exchange due to a size mismatch or receipt of a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We provide a free replacement for the item, subject to stock availability.
Please note that the first exchange is free, and we allow a maximum of three exchanges per order.
When Exchange is not accepted?
We do not accept exchanges in the following situations:
Colour Differences: A slight variation in colour may occur due to variations in screen resolution and lighting conditions.
Personal Preference: Exchanges are not accepted if the customer simply does not like the material or colour of the ordered product. We strive to use the highest quality materials available, and all product details are clearly mentioned in the product description. We recommend carefully reviewing all the details before placing an order.
Sale Items: Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for any type of return or exchange. This includes items purchased at a discounted price, items purchased with a coupon or gift voucher, as they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Handcrafted Products: Minor irregularities in handcrafted products are part of their unique beauty. Therefore, such products are not eligible for exchange.
Please note that the credit voucher issued for an exchange will remain valid for a period of 45 days.
